Yoga

The practices shared here are invitational and inquisitive and designed for integration of your experiences of self rather than highlighting what you are not or things you may think you need to change about yourself. They are not concerned with pushing you out of comfort zones or into over-striving or acceleration – there is enough of that in the world around us without needing to create more of it for ourselves on the mat. 

In the library, you will find Yoga for the Nervous System, Trauma-Sensitive specific Yoga and General practices. 

No matter the focus, you will be reminded of your personal agency and invited to individual expression and rhythm. You can expect to feel held. It is our deepest hope that you take those qualities off the mat and into the world with you afterwards.

Yoga for the Nervous System 

Self & soul-soothing, regulation practices that support finding and feeling connection and meaning with self, others and the world around you.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga 

Accessible, explorative yoga (and other simple practices) to support the lived experience of distress and trauma, with focus on integration and application in daily life.

General Yoga 

Inspired by every-day life, philosophical inquiry and the ways we want and deserve to feel. Opportunity to move and breathe for balance, ease, connection and calm.
